Gavin's school does a Grandparents breakfast at the beginning of the year. He was so excited to call Grandma last night and give her all the details. At the end of the coversation he added "You can pick me up if you want" It was so funny. So this morning they came and got both boys. Gavin was so sweet to invite Bryson to come along on his special morning.
Thanks Mom and Dad for making my boys feel special!!!

Yeah, the school does it every year. I think it is a fun idea.
When my boys attended a private school they had grandparents day the whole day was dedicated to this special bond and the grandparents went everywhere with them. My kids LOVED it and so did my parents. The school they attend now doesn't do this great tradition and it makes me sad.
That is so cool that their school does that. What a special day. My boys would LOVE to have Grandparents come to school with them.
